Today the children enjoyed the company of Mrs Cooper, she was amazed with how well the children were remembering their sounds and even moved them on to try and blend the sounds to read some words!
She sang and read the story about the bat that dances and then the children had a go in small groups at creating a story map of the story to see how much they could remember, they even managed to talk about what their favourite parts were!
In maths the children carried on with their size ordering tasks and managed to order a whole family of people in size order.
After lunch the children carried on with their music sessions playing their chosen instruments in time with the beat.
