This morning we had a lovely time singing our harvest song ‘Cauliflowers Fluffy’
The children then tried to remember what we had done this week, and the highlight was the bird hide, so we explored different photos of birds and then talked about the body parts of a bird and drew one!
In pe the children practised their ball skills on the Astro and then pretended to be tigers in the hall, practising moving in different ways over the apparatus.
After lunch we talked about how it was the last day in September and how it would soon be October. We talked about halloween and had a story about Winnie the witch.
We learnt a new technique to make a piece of paper roll up into a magic wand, and the children had a super time making wands and turning their friends into frogs!
